If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@cleansheet.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the item, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Detailed sizing information is provided on each product page prior to purchase. We encourage all customers to review sizing guides carefully before placing an order. As our pieces are sourced from the archive, we are unable to accept returns based on sizing preferences once an order has been placed.
