# Return & Refund Policy At Clean Sheet Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. ## Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. ## Non-Returnable Items Customized, personalized, or special-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. ## Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@cleansheet.store](mailto:support@cleansheet.store) with photos of the issue. ## Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end. ## Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
